Project Coordination (Qld) (PCQ) is a privately-owned mid-tier building and construction management company operating in south east Queensland.
In December 2007 a majority stake in PCQ was acquired by Hindmarsh, an innovative, diversified and privately-owned Australian company with interests in construction, property development, venture capital, parking and retirement operations. PCQ is now a subsidiary of Hindmarsh Construction (Australia).
PCQ provides Hindmarsh with a strong base in Queensland, and the acquisition further strengthens the company's broad existing construction operations. Hindmarsh currently has offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin and Shanghai.
Project Coordination continues to provide the same personalised and professional service that has characterised its operations throughout its history. The new ownership structure presents considerable opportunities for the company, and will allow us to continue to grow to meet the challenges of the booming south east Queensland market.
